Media export changes frame rate and audio kHz

Syncing first two files together results in the 3rd file in picture, also happening with dnxhd as the source video too when exporting media, both options as pass through  (video codec unavailable a different problem too)

Essentially the frame rate is changing from 24 to 24.39 and audio changes from 44.1 to 48khz
