Recently charged two of my tentacles but when I unplugged them from the charging cable, the solid green “charging” light didn’t go off on both units.
Fast forward to this morning when I go to turn them on and use them, both units wouldn’t turn on. I just re-charged them again and the battery read out on the tentacle setup app says it’s fully charged…yet again when I disconnect the units from the power cable…the green charging light stays on.
Could it be my batteries are going bad?

My second tentacle box has this issue now as well. I have had both my units for one year and they work great. Am I still eligible for repair/exchange?
