… “maximum numbers of activations have been reached”
what does that mean?
first day activation succesfull and the day after it says inactive and I can’t use my key and “dongle is missing”
Are you using the Windows software or the Mac software? Are you a Tentacle owner or are you using the trial?
Error 310 “maximum numbers of activations have been reached” does normally mean you are trying to activate this license on a computer while it is still active on an other computer.
Windows and I bought one Tentacle and first installed yesterday. Licence mail came and everything was fine. Today it is not. Same computer.
I have reseted your license so you should be able to activate it again. If the issue still occurs, please write an email to support (at) tentaclesync.com
