Tentacles not recognised in IOS

Tried 3 different Tentacles, 2 different iPhones all using same supplied white cable – none of them are being recognised in IOS. ¬†Occasionally messages will differ between “tentacle not connected” or “your tentacle is not responding”. ¬†All 3 Tentacles are working via USB on a Mac, and they are syncing with each other.

    Hi Stuart,

    I found that making sure the Tentacle Sync boxes are fully charged has helped my iPhone 5s “recognize” them.

    Phone volume “on” and sound level “on maximum.”

      I just opened the package and right out of the box my device is not recognized by iPhone. I’ve notice posts about this since October of 2015 so what is the fix?

        I had to buy a new iPhone 5s to run the 10.3.3 version.

        What iPhone are you using and is it running the latest software?

          For whatever reason is just works on the iPhone now. Sometimes it doesn’t. That’s ok I used it today with my F8 as the master and the result was amazing! So easy to sync.
