Tentacle doesn’t recognise B-cam

When I import my footage into tentacle it recognises the A cam just fine.

But with B cam it says No video, no audio, nothing. It all plays just fine in premiere pro.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi everybody! To resolve this issue, please download the recent Apple Pro Video Formats from Apple’s support website, install it and select it as the MXF importer in the settings of the Tentacle Sync Studio. All the best for your projects! Your Tentacle Sync team
