Error Timecode with Arri Alexa XT Plus

Hello,

We have some issues with a Arri Alexa SXT Plus (Firmware 2.0:39120) in REGEN mode at 24fps with tentacle sync box. Sometimes at the end of a take, the message « System Error Broken Timecode » appears… Any solution ?
