23.976 not Passing Through

Question

I rendered ProRes 422 HD 23.976 from REDCINE (RED) and used that to sync with WAV in Tentacle Sync.

But for some weird reason its not passing through as 23.976 but as 24P for some of the files.

Its sporadic and not consistent.

Is it possible to send us source footage of the files that do not pass through correctly? We will check this asap.
