No Audio-Timecode found

I’m synching and editing a documentary project for which we have been using Tentacle Sync a lot. For some shoots, I was able to sync perfectly in Tentacle Sync Studio. For other shoots, there have been problems, like the first half of the shoot being synched correctly and the second half synched with a delay of approx. 30 sec. But I have been able to sync those clips manually afterwards. The main problem I face now is that Tentacle Sync Studio isn’t able to read any audio timecode for 3 of my shoots. I can hear the timecode on audio track #2, but it sounds differently, more high-pitched than usual. I’ve tried all the options in Tentacle Sync Studio to read the audio timecode, and nothing works. Do you have an advice or a solution to this issue?
