Exported file playback is slow in Premiere

Hello,

After I export the file with the Timecode Tool in Windows, everything syncs fine in Premiere.

The problem I’m having is the exported .mov file has choppy playback after a few seconds of watching during editing. If I put the original file, the playback is good.
