Orange dot next to File-TC on all files, syncing somewhat but till 10 seconds to 30 seconds off.

Hello,

I am trying to sync footage from two FS7s and audio from a Sound Devices mixer.  When I throw everything into the Tentacle Sync Studio, it appears to mostly sync, but all of the tracks are slightly off.  The is an orange dot next to File-TC on all of the files.  Green dots next to Audio-TC, Video and Audio. I have tried moving around every preference and option I can think of to make it line up.  I thought this was a frame rate issue before, but everything seems to have been shot in the same frame-rate.  Any suggestions?
