problem with the 3,5 connector on the 5D

hello everybody, i’m having issues trying to sync files from my sd664 with the video files from a 5d that have a problem with its 3,5 mic connector(sometimes there are micro loss of audio TC..)

is there a way to setup tentacle sync studio that i can sync the files that have those micro loss ?

set “read-timecode” to random. Short losses wouldn’t be a problem.  If a timecode has been read on a file it count’s for the whole file, not just for that frame.
