no TC on some files

brand new to Tentacle Sync and doing some workflow tests with our Sony FS7ll with our Sound Devices MixPre-D recorder. The first audio file has no file TC but the others after do. Tested again and the first audio track doesn’t have TC. Not sure what the issue is or why certain audio tracks don’t have TC

to clarify, all my Sony FS7 files have TC on audio track 2 but the recorder files sometimes have TC that starts at zero…other files from the recorder have proper TC, but it seems like it’s the first file on the audio recorder
