Tentacle Sync Studio doesn’t recognize BRAW?

Folks – when I import video it recognizes MOV files from my ZCAM E2, my GoPro, the audio from my MixPre-6 II, but BRAW files from my Blackmagic BMPCC4K are greayed out and won’t import, even though they have embedded time code from my Tentacle Sync E’s.
I’m sure this has been asked before, but can’t find record of it….does the spftware support syncing up BRAW files? It’s a recognized media type for Resolve and for my iMac…so any ideas about what’s going on, greatly appreciated
