Can Tentacle Sync Studio be used with regular TC audio and video files to sync dailies?

If I use a camera with proper TC, such as Canon C300, and audio recorder such as Zoom F8, can I use Tentacle Studio to drop an entire day’s files (both .WAV and .MOV) and have them synced for each take?
