Tentacle won’t turn on

I got my new tentacle box in the mail and turned it on and set it up on my computer, everything was working fine.

i took it out in a job and Jammed it from my nomad and halfway through the day I needed to switch it to generate tc, I held down the button and turned it off then held it to go in to green mode but i would just get red flashing as if the battery was low (charged up 100% the night before).

now it won’t turn on at all and if plug it into my computer and it won’t recognise it.

Is there a fix or have I done something wrong?
