Tentacle sync setup app android 6.0

Dear Tentacle,

I ‘ve just seen that my Android 6.0 devices can’t run the app tentacle setup.

It says that is not compatible

I don’t know how it is possibile since it requires android 5.0 or upper version and I have 6.0 android

 

please let me know

Hi,

Please check if your phone supports USB OTG mode. That’s also a mandatory requirement if you would like to use the Android Setup App.

According to the specification what I found online the Huawei P9 lite doesn’t have this functionality.
If you are not sure you can also check it yourself with an USB OTG Checker App (you can find several in the Playstore) and an USB OTG cable.
