On 29.97 FPS DF the Iphone app is more than 1mn off

I synched both my Tentacles as NTSC from computer or Iphone

It’s seems to be OK as red turn green but when i look at TC on both App( phone and computer the phone display a time way off

about 1m 20 apart

i Checked each Tentacles on my 664 and all is fine

The phone app seems wrong
