Audio Delayed by 3 frames after export from Timecode Tool

I’m shooting Panasonic GH5, 4K 29.97fps 150Mbps 4:2:0, and TentacleSync Audio Timecode.  I use Windows/Premiere Pro.
When I convert the original files using the TimeCode Tool, I export them using audio and video passthrough.  (I believe that means they are not transcoded and stay with the original format…correct?)
The problem is this seems to introduce a delay/shift of the audio by about 3 frames.  The original files are fine, but not the TC converted ones.

Any others seeing this or have a way to fix it?
