The audio-export settings does not show any difference between “all channels centered” and “alternating left right” in Premiere Pro CC 2015. In Quicktime Player it does work.. Is there any metadata missing in your export preferences?

This settings only affect the channel-layout map of quicktime files. Currently this is only recognized by Quicktime and AV-Foundation based programs like Quicktime Player, FCP 7 or FinalCutX. I think Premiere simply ignores this information. Best, Ulrich
