Faulty iOS Setup Cable or iOS problem?
The white 3pole jack that came with my tentacles seems to be faulty. Initially I thought it was my iPhone however I get connection issues with my iPad Mini as well.
Before I try to get a new cable have there been any known issues with the latest iOS update?
Definitely the right cable. I have only used it the once. I get intermittent connections from my iPad mini and no connection from the iPhone. Moving the cable on the iPad is when it looses the connection. I am going to try some contact cleaner on both devices however my headphones with mic work without any problem. Using contact cleaner has also made no difference.
