File TC not found when MixPre 10T is set as the master clock TC

I’m a Windows user and when I uploaded audio and video to the Tentacle Tool software, it tells me “File TC not found.”

I know I successfully synched up Sound Devices MixPre 10T’s timecode to Tentacle because I varified with the app and the time stamp perfectly matched the mixer’s. Then I connected the Tentacle device to Canon 80D and verified that Tentacle did record the sound audio on one of the channels.

Can someone please help me figure out what could be the problem? Thanks in advance.
