“no Audio-Timecode found” for FS7 audio

After having run Tentacle Sync into a Sony FS7’s XLR for a full day, the Tentacle Sync app is not able to read any timecode. Listening to the audio tracks, the LTC is clearly there in the audio tracks of the clips. Can I send you a sample file? I’m not sure what is wrong.

I’ve been in touch with Ulrich. Seems to be just a hardware issue–possibly a bad cable.

Have you deselected
“Do not read Audio Timecode on MXF files”
in the preferences?
