How long to take the order to be shipped out ?

I bought two of the units on June 26. However, there is neither tracking number or confirm shipping info…

Should I just keep waiting ? I have sent an email through the website without reply;(

I sorry for the delay, but its holiday time here in Germany…
The Tentacles you bought are still on preorder as stated in the item description. But I looks very good that we can deliver your units this week.
