Sony fs7 jamming

I’m on a shoot and I’m having problem syncing Sony fs7, I have tentacle with the BNC, A cam is Canon c300 and its no problem jamming it, same tentacle. I have checked if the Sony is set to preset and free run… Have no idea what else to check

Have you set the Tentacle to “line”? (There is a mic/line OPTION in the set up)

Yes… No luck. Shooting in 23.98 vs 23.97 on sound devices… Should be the same and the canon one has no problem syncing…

Have you set the switch (back side of camera) TC in/out to “in“?
