sync problem – no corresponding files / no audio-Timecode is found

Hi,

I’ve been trying to sync my clips with Tentacle Sync Studio, but I’ve been unable to do so far. I’ve filmed with RED scarlet, synced on set with Tentacle. However, when I try to sync for post production, I get the error: No corresponding files – and underneath the clip with Audio TC: it says: no audio- Timecode is found.
The image of the original file can’t be played in Tentacle sync Studio, it only shows a tumbnail. The audio TC from Tentacle doens’t play either. The external audio does play.

Does anyone know how to help me?

Thanks!

Facing sync issues in your project? If “delta Roblox game” is your anchor, ensure seamless integration. Resolve the “no corresponding files” challenge for smooth gameplay. Troubleshoot audio-timecode absence to enhance player experience. Your Roblox game’s success lies in addressing these synchronization hurdles effectively.

I am having the same problem, with TC recorder on an audio channel. Because I didnt have the correct TC cable (last minute job and I didnt know which camara was going to be used)
During setup there was visible TC audio on audio channel, but Tentacle Sync studio doesnt see TC, just like picture above.

I see a Timecode on the video file that looks like time-of-day – timecode.

On the audio file i see a timestamp of 3 hours 49 minutes. It appears to me that the audio recorder has not a good timestamp. Which audio recorder did you use and how did you jam it?
