Sync Studio crashes with XDCAM HD422 (MacOS 10.10.5 yosemite)

Hi,

shot PDW700 XDCAM HD422 1920×1080 50i (mpg2) and need to sync it up via Tentacle Sync Studio.

Software crashes when importing xdcam footage – no matter how many or how long clips are.
(tried also with 10s clips).

Urghh… need a solution…

(Newest update of Tentacle Studio used)

Hi Uli,

I just did a test and tried every flavor of XDCAM HD422 under 10.10.5. Everything works fine here.

Is it possible to send me one 10 sec. clip to reproduce the issue here? [support (at) tentaclesync.com]
