Syncing RED Komodo and Canon R5C

I’m having trouble getting my RED Komodo and Canon R5c to sync up. I have a Tentacle Sync attached to each camera via the timecode port. For some reason when I bring them into either Premiere to sync up via its timecode option or even in the Tentacle Sync Studio app they are out of alignment.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong here, both cameras are set to accept external timecode and the Tentacles are synced appropriately via the app.

I do see that the File-TC is not matched up. Not sure if that would be an issue.
