Tentacle not connecting to iPhone 8
My Tentacle is not connecting with Tentacle Setup App on my iPhone 8 256Gb iOs 11.4.1.
Volume is up to max (also tried minus 1), Tentacle is on (tried red and green modus), adapter cable lightning to minijack replaced, app has been swiped off and on/removed and re-installed, iPhone has been reset, cable sides have been switched. Tried another Tentacle from the dealer and it did not connect. Connected my Tentacle to the dealers iPhone 6S and it connected immediately.
Also no problems connecting my Tentacle to my iMac with Tentacle Setup.
I’m out of options, anyone?

- Your headphone volume might be adjusted. To check, go to Settings > Music > Playback > Volume Limit

Hi Nadine,
This MUST be the solution! I checked the settings and my max volume was set to EU ‘safe’ volume.. I will try to connect my Tentacle asap and give you feedback.
