Tentacle sync no corresponding
Hi,,,
I am using SONY Z90 and Mixpre6 with tentacle sync for 2years.
actually I don’t have any problem some days ago.
when problem occurred, I thought I made some mistake, because I didn’t change any camera or recorder setting.Maybe, I forgot to check green mode,,, something like that.
so today I did gear test,,, I checked green mode, and everything, but it’s same like the other days.
Please solve my problem.
I’ve solve the problem. I want to share my solution.
Somehow it’s still strange. I tried tentacle sync studio 1.30 beta, and it works. but strange things,,, the shooting footage from last year, it still works with the earlier tentacle studio version.
I uploaded 3 of original files in my google drive.
MXF file is from z90, and mp4 file is from a7s, and wave file from mixpre 6.
a7s didn’t have problem when I had gear test, it was just yesterday.
Every situation comes to different result. so I uploaded original files.
and,,, here in Korea, it’s is 5 am,, I need to sleep. if you want to 5second recording files, I’ll try tomorrow.

Strange Problem. Do you mind posting test Audio and video here, just as download? Maybe you can make a very short video recording, 5 seconds is enough, and MixPre audio too. And then a WeTransfer link for example. I like to see here.
Today I shoot my documentary, even I noticed the problem, I used tentacle sync. and today strange thing happened.
It appears “no corresponding files” but it works sync map.
So I tried export media.
and it exported files but,,, there is only camera sound. omg
Today I used Sony Z90 and Sony a7s,,,,only z90 did that kind of thing.

Today I called my friend, and he also had same problem when he shoot with sony camera, but he couldn’t find out the solution.
I am very curious, because there is no difference another days’ shooting.

Can you make a screenshot of the Read Audio TC window? Press Read AudioTC and the window that pops up then.

I just checked with quicktime player, there is the timecode sound,,,I don’t know what to do next..omg
If you play the video alone, in another video player perhaps, do you hear the timecode that should be on an audio track
