what cable the Xvive P1 to the tentacle recorder.

trying to find the cable that connects the Xvive P1 to the tentacle E recorder. (I have bought 6 so far. balanced & unbalanced ) tentacle support says it absolutely works but can only supply wiring diagrams to make one. Has anybody found teh actual product to buy? should I get some kind of signal converter between the two? what am I missing
