Alexa 35 Sync Issues

Hi there, I am having issues syncing my timecoded Alexa 35 footage in Tentacle Sync Studio, has anyone encountered this issue before and if so, did you find a fix? The DIT on set made proxies from the Alexa 35, and those proxies seem to have the correct TC, so it can be read, but weirdly Tentacle Sync Studio just seems to be unable to read the files. Have attached image below. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have the same issue, and I’m also not able to synchronize the footage in premiere. Weirdly, footage from the Mini LF we used simultaneously the same day loads in fine. Did you find an answer or try customer support?

Hi everybody! To resolve this issue, please download the recent Apple Pro Video Formats from Apple’s support website, install it and select it as the MXF importer in the settings of the Tentacle Sync Studio. All the best for your projects! Your Tentacle Sync team
