TC and metadata issue

Hello, I have an issue with “fps not set” information on my audio files. I used Sound Device 664 for this documentary, and it seems like fps metadata and TC are missing ! Did you already have this kind of problem ? The strangest thing is that I have this issue with the three first files of my shooting, but not with the further takes !
